NovaLumix Warranty Coverage

At NovaLumix, we prioritize the satisfaction and confidence of our customers. Our warranty policy is designed to assure you of the quality and reliability of our Karaoke Products and LED Screen Products.

Duration of Warranty

- Karaoke Products: NovaLumix offers a one (1) year warranty for Karaoke Products. Within this period, any defective product will be promptly replaced with a new one, provided that the issue arises from normal usage.
  
- LED Screen Products: Our LED Screen Products are backed by a one (1) year warranty. During this period, any malfunctioning LED panels will be replaced at no additional cost.

Lifetime Technical Support for Karaoke Products

- Karaoke Products: NovaLumix provides lifetime technical support for all Karaoke Products. Our dedicated team of experts is committed to assisting you with any technical issues that may arise, ensuring uninterrupted enjoyment of your device.

Five-Year Technical Support for LED Screen Products

- LED Screen Products: In addition to the warranty coverage, NovaLumix offers five (5) years of complimentary technical support for LED Screen Products. Our knowledgeable support team will provide assistance to ensure optimal performance throughout the product's lifespan.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proper use and maintenance of the product according to provided instructions and guidelines are necessary to maintain warranty coverage.
- Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product will void the warranty.
- NovaLumix reserves the right to inspect and verify the nature of the defect before proceeding with a replacement or repair.
- Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered under warranty.
- Customers must retain proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to initiate a warranty claim.
